“Every client, aspiration, place, and project is unique.
Interior design is a shared adventure,
exploring timelessness, beauty, and harmony.”
Didier Lorence

A Prerequisit for
timeless chic
Timelessness and beauty in design result from deliberate planning, not chance. This involves examining space, light, and materials. Enduring elegance comes from understanding and optimizing a space’s dimensions, natural light, and material selection.
Space serves as the canvas, dictating design direction based on functionality and atmosphere. Light, both natural and artificial, shapes perception and mood. Materials add depth, chosen for aesthetics, functionality, and longevity, with natural materials aging gracefully.
Achieving timeless chic requires a holistic approach, integrating all elements harmoniously for a beautiful, enduring space.
A style to serve
the project
Maison Lorence’s style emphasizes understanding and expression, translating visions and aspirations into textures, colors, lighting, and furnishings to create unique spaces tailored for clients. Operating on deep understanding and articulate expression, they meticulously grasp each client’s distinct vision and essence of their desired space. This comprehension guides the selection of textures, colors, lighting, and furnishings, ensuring a cohesive and personalized environment.
The result is a bespoke creation reflecting the client’s personality and lifestyle, with every detail visually captivating and deeply personal. Maison Lorence prioritizes the client’s needs, crafting spaces that resonate uniquely with them.

Human
at heart
Each project is primarily a meeting of unique personalities, each a source of ideas. Didier Lorence’s goal is to blend agility with harmony, ensuring timely project completion and excellence. Harmony unites every detail—materials, art, furniture, and layouts—to reflect the client’s vision. Didier values the human aspect, crafting spaces that resonate with personal stories and aspirations. His approach combines efficient management with a pursuit of excellence, creating environments that exceed expectations.
By meticulously integrating details, he transforms dreams into reality, crafting homes that feel luxurious and deeply personal, embodying the client’s vision in every element.
A unique response
for each and every
project
At Maison Lorence, there are no pre-made solutions.
Whether for private or commercial spaces, from grand homes to kitchens or closets, the aspirations of the occupants drive the design. A dynamic process of dialogue among all involved ensures the client’s vision is achieved. We believe each project deserves a unique approach, focusing on the client’s dreams to guide every aspect of design and execution.
Through collaborative dialogue with clients, designers, and craftsmen, we refine the project to align perfectly with the client’s goals, creating spaces that are aesthetically pleasing, deeply personal, and functional for years to come.

Gil Nafati
Gil’s career shifted significantly when he moved to the Caribbean, influencing his design approach with new cultural perspectives.
There, he partnered with Didier Lorence at Maison Lorence. Together, they opened a gallery specializing in kitchen and closet design. Their success comes from blending their unique talents and cultural backgrounds, creating highly sought-after designs that combine European sophistication with Caribbean allure, embodying innovation and refined opulence.
A whole, the sum of multiple parts
Interior design is the synthesis of a multitude of details which, put together, form a coherent whole that must respond point by point to the wishes (expressed or not) and constraints of the site.
Over the years, Maison Lorence has built up an agile ecosystem of experts and suppliers who meet the most exacting quality criteria. This is particularly the case for complex design elements requested by many of their clients.
